We provide advice on work place related issues, the law that governs employment and also draft different contracts for different positions in a company, outsourced services and authentication/apostille of any foreign contracts as required by the countries of origin.
We also assist with the processing of work permits from the point of letter of offer to relocation for foreign employees ensuring that a company does not legally expose itself, together with assisting in the processing of Dependant Passes for their dependants/family. We seek to strike a balance between the needs of the Employer and those of the employee to ensure maxi-mum productivity with minimum friction.
